Nationwide Homes put our 51 years of HiPerformance Modular construction to work. We wanted to offer a home that was our best value ever. After extensive market research in design & construction, we are pleased to introduce the Homestead Family of Plans. The Homestead Collection is evidence that a high performance modular home can, in fact, be constructed without compromising quality and design.
Each model has an open floor plan concept. You can choose a 3 bedroom for a small family or a 4 bedroom on up to a cape cod or two story for growing families. Each model has a master suite and bath with large walk-in closets. Additional design features include large, open kitchens and dining rooms made for entertaining.
Design
These special value high performance modular homes are available in eight floor plans that range from 1,3274 to 2,274 finished square feet. A couple models have additional square feet available for a growing family.
