Nationwide Custom Homes Opens in Jeffersonville, Ohio

Nationwide Custom Homes, a division of national systems-built home manufacturer Palm Harbor Homes, has opened a regional Nationwide Custom Homes Design Center in Jeffersonville, Ohio, to serve as a consumer division sales center for home buyers and as a builder resource in the Midwest.

The Nationwide Custom Homes Design Center is located midway between Cincinnati and Columbus at the intersection of Interstate 71 and State Route 35. This intersection is also home to the Prime Ohio Outlet Mall which brings an estimated 2.5 million shoppers from Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia.

“This center will serve a dual purpose,” said Mark Kelly, Midwest regional manager for Nationwide Custom Homes. “It will serve as a consumer division sales center for the southwest Ohio market by directly working with customers on building their dream homes. It also will serve as a hub of resources for builders in the Midwest. Builders will be able to bring their own customers to the Design Center to see the most recent Nationwide offerings in models, interior and exterior selections and state-of-the-art DVD presentations.”

Kelly said the Design Center also will point customers in the right direction to work with authorized Nationwide builders in their area. There are currently 14 Nationwide builders in the region, and the center will primarily serve Ohio, western Pennsylvania, northeast Kentucky, southern Indiana and West Virginia. Tom Renner will oversee operations at the Design Center.

“Although the southwest Ohio housing market has not been immune from our country’s housing woes, we are confident that there are a significant number of homebuyers looking for quality, energy efficiency, exterior appeal and unique floor plans that Nationwide Custom Homes offers,” Renner said. “Home buyers will see all of these things when they visit our 2 ½ story design center.”

A grand opening of the new facility is planned for mid to late August and will include a consumer promotion with introductory incentives for early-bird buyers. For Nationwide’s builder division, there will be an open house for builders to view the Designer Center and become familiar with the many resources available to them as authorized Nationwide builders.

Builders will have visitor lead information for their areas provided to them by the design center, and will have an opportunity for marketing their business at the center and on signage within the facility.

What Customers are Saying About Our Custom Homes

"Our experience with Nationwide has been great right from the start. My wife and I had never built a home before so we had a lot of questions about the process. Our nationwide representative, Mark Kelly was very patient with us and explained a lot of things several times just so we could understand how things worked. He made it easy to put together a package that worked wonderfully for us.

We were amazed at how quickly the house was at the site after we placed the order and even more amazed to see that it was set in just one day. We are now living happily in our Whitfield Cape while some of our friends who started building at the same time are still several months away from moving in. Nationwide has been great to work with and the quality of their homes is spectacular. I can't imagine that we would move out of our home any time in the next several years, but if we did, we would look to Nationwide for our next home as well. "
